It’s like it’s all suddenly gone crazy

The world has been crazy the last few months. Back in August I took a trip to Japan with my brother. When I got back I was whisked right into the school semester, and I’m afraid it’s beaten me rather well. Two months in and I am fighting a cold. My sister and I are preparing for a local craft fair. I have been awash in making cards and putting together jewelry. My craft table looks like a mess… It’s hard to think and create with so little room.

Pictures to follow soon, not only of my crazy life right now, but of the fall colors here, the cards I’m making, and of my messy, messy work space.

It’s Raining, It’s Pouring!

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

The temperature has dropped. The leaves are beginning to change colour. It’s raining outside.

I couldn’t be happier.

Autumn has got to be one of my favorite times of the year. It’s such a relief from the ravaging heat of the summer. The air becomes crisp, the leaves provide colour, and the rain provides atmosphere.

I cuddle up on the porch swing in a blanket with my boy. Soon there will be reading and laying by the fire. There will be mountain trips and hikes!

There’s nothing like it in the world. :D
